I had a decent weekend. Since today is a holiday, I will be hitting the noon class. I am looking forward to the shortened work-week and a light schedule in the evenings this week.

Personal Stats

WOD – (Sat) – 21-15-9: Calorie row, wallball, burpees, push press 95#, hand release pushups.

Diet – 80/20

Sleep – Very Good – 7 hours with only 1, brief interruption.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

2 x 15min w/ 5min Rest
5′ @ 20 s/m
5′ @ 22
3′ @ 24
2′ @ 26

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 500m TT, recover 2:00, then repeat 250m until form deteriorates, hold within 2-3 sec, recover 1:45

Concept 2 WOD

Row six 500 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 500.
