I hit a PR last night. I was able to pull a 165# Power Snatch which was 20# more than my previous PR. I tried a 170, but failed twice.

It appears that the stars have aligned and a 2K row is in your future. All 3 rowing workouts appear to have the CRASH-B sprints in mind and have posted 2Ks for the weekend. Have fun.

Personal Stats

WOD – (Fri) – Power Snatch PR 165#! 20 min AMRAP – 4 rounds + 6 burpee box jump overs

Diet – Very good. Back to normal eating.

Sleep – Very Good – 7 hours with only 1, brief interruption.

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (SUN): 2k TT

Concept 2 WOD

Row two 2000 meter pieces. In each piece the first 1000m @ 24 spm. Then 500m @ 26 spm, 250m @ 28 and 250m @ 30. Row for four minutes at light pressure during the rest period.
