I had a good result for the WOD last night.  I was able to finish the wallballs and kb swings in under 3:30. We did pullups for strength, then 4 of the 5 WOD exercises were grip intensive. Today, my forearms feel quite full.

Today is a forced day off with my schedule. My daughter’s high school team has a booster club meeting that we have to attend and there just isn’t enough time for me to slide in for a quick WOD.

Personal Stats

WOD -(Mon) 50 pullups 4:34 then 50 wallballs, 40 kb swings 55$, 30 TTB, 20 C2B, 10 power cleans 185# – 12:52

Diet – very good.

Sleep – Goos – 6.5 hours uninterrupted

CrossFit Rowing WOD

8 x 250 w/ :45 rest

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): Repeat 1500m, recover 3:00, until form/pace deteriorates

Concept 2 WOD

Row for a total of 5000 meters at a sustainable intensity, varying your stroke rate as follows: row 1000 meters @ 24 spm, 1000 meters @ 26 spm, 1000 meters @ 28 spm, 1000 meters @ 26 spm, and 1000 meters @ 24 spm.
