I had a good workout last night and was pleased with my effort. I was near the top of the group, but everyone ran 400 instead of rowing 500.

Personal Stats

WOD – 1000m warmup – Grace plus 4 rds of 500m rowing and 15 squats @95#. Grace -3:24 total 19:21

Diet – very good.

Sleep – good- 10:30-6:10

CrossFit Rowing WOD

Rest day

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (THU): Repeat 1200m, recover 3:00 min, until form/pace deteriorates

Concept 2 WOD

Row 10 strokes hard followed by 10 light. Then row 20 strokes hard followed by 20 light. 30 hard, 30 light. 40-40. 50-50. 40-40. 30-30. 20-20. 10-10.
