Great diet yesterday and great rest over the weekend led to a great WOD last night. We will see what today brings.

The link below is the January video for CrossFit Tulsa. I make an appearance at 1:10 and 3:04 with a power snatch and overhead squats. You can see my limitation with my knee during the OHS reps.

Personal Stats

WOD – 50 -7olb kb swings for time – 2:02 then
AMRAP 20: 10 box jumps, 15 kb swings 55lb, 20 knees to elbows, 25 double unders – 6 rounds even or 420 reps.

Diet – excellent

Sleep – fair – 10:30-5:50 with 1 hour awake from 3:45-4:45

CrossFit Rowing WOD

10 x :40 work & :20 rest (race pace)

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): Repeat 125m, recover 3:00, until form/pace deteriorates

Concept 2 WOD

Row five 3 minute pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each piece.
