Rest Day

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (THU): Repeat 1:00 on : 1:00 off until form/pace deteriorates

Concept 2 WOD

Row eight 2 minute pieces at a stroke rate of 28. Row for one minute at light pressure between each piece.
