Today’s link is to a motivational/inspirational video from CrossFit Invictus. As you may know, Invictus always has a presence at the CrossFit Games. Show this video to a friend. This stuff only looks intimidating.

I struggled through one hundred double-unders last night. Single, double, single, double…. I resisted the urge to wimp out and do singles. The only way to get better is to push through.

2 Rounds For Time:

20 Ball Slams (20/10 lbs)
30 Air Squats

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 6:00 of 125m sprints on 0:30, recover 3:00, 4:00 of 125m sprints on 0:30, recover 2:00, 2:00 of 125m sprints on 0:30

Concept 2 WOD

Row five 750 meter pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each 750.
