Check out today’s link. Chris Kresser has landed on my list of RSS feeds and he always provides lots of information. Today’s link is his most recent podcast in which he and his guests discuss the latest research on fat loss and just about everything you need to know.

I had a great workout yesterday. Everything was clicking and I never hit that invisible wall of pain. it was a heavy WOD, but I never ran out of strength. Today’s WOD has double-unders and I still suck at them. I’m as coordinated as a 3 legged elephant when it comes to DUs, but I got a new jump rope from Rogue that will be making its maiden voyage today. Woot!

CrossFit Rowing WOD

Rowing WOD 1/22/13:
Max Pressure
2 x 1k w/ 4:00 Rest
2 x 500m w/ 2:00 Rest
2 x 250m w/ 1:00 Rest

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 6:00 of 125m sprints on 0:30, recover 3:00, 4:00 of 125m sprints on 0:30, recover 2:00, 2:00 of 125m sprints on 0:30

Concept 2 WOD

Row a single 20 minute piece at a consistent pace. Every four minutes, row ten strokes hard and then return to your previous pace.
