I’ve been reading Mark Sisson’s new book, Primal Connection. So far, so good, but I’m not that far into it yet.

I’m doing a short round of intermittent fasting this morning. I just don’t have time to eat before work. Have a great Friday!

CrossFit Rowing WOD

Rowing WOD 1/11/13:
3 Rounds for time…RR Hollow Rock1RR Hollow Rock2
500m Row
10 Shoulder to overhead (155/105)
15 Hollow Rocks
20 Ball Slams (20/10)

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (THU): Repeat 2k, recover 4:00, until form/pace deterioriates (:10-:15sec)

Concept 2 WOD

Row four 750 meter pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each 750.
