Today is going to be a busy day for me. CrossFit in the morning, clean up the outdoor Christmas lights while it is warm, my son has a soccer game, our fourth car sprang an oil leak, our oldest daughter needs a new phone, laundry – the list goes on and on.

The pushups keep coming. I need to do enough to get a day off. I need to put the calculator to it and figure out how many I need to do to get ahead – 400 a day? 1380 to date.

I hope everyone has a killer weekend.

Row five 750 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 750.
