I’m 690 pushups in to the 10,000 challenge so far. I have identified a number of sore spots in the pushup range of motion. So far the elbows, wrists, and shoulders have held up. The hardest thing is finding a place at work to press out a few.

Time to hit the erg again. I plan to row a few thousand meters tonight and maybe the Tabata too. It all depends on my pushups and the CFT WOD.

I spent the weekend working on photos from December and creating the video.  Take a look at the video linked below.

Rest Day

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Tabata – Row (THU): 8 x 20:10, if on C2 use meters or watts

Concept 2 WOD

Row four 3 minute pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each piece.
