We began the 10,000 pushup challenge yesterday. I stopped at 330, but the I know of others that hit 400 & 500. I may need to triple-up my fish oils and Ibuprofen.

I hope viewers of this blog resolved to row more in the new year.

5 Rounds For Time
250m Row, 15 Air Squats, 10 Push Ups, 5 Pull Ups

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 6-10 x 750m, recover 2:00, hold efforts within 3-5 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

Row a single 15 minute piece. The first five minutes @ 20 spm. Then four minutes @ 22 spm, three @ 24, two @ 26 and one @ 28.
