Have ever ever heard the phrase ‘Don’t stop until you cross the line.”? Well, that one got me last night. I rowed a 1:25.7 500m for a 4 second PR, but instead of making the last pull, I coasted in. My good friend, Andy, later rowed a 1:25.6. Dammit!

Row (TUE): 8-12 x 125m, recover 1:00, hold efforts within 2-3 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

Row 10 strokes hard followed by 10 light. Then row 20 strokes hard followed by 20 light. 30 hard, 30 light. 40-40. 50-50. 40-40. 30-30. 20-20. 10-10.
