No progress toward 200k yesterday – I needed a rest day. I hope to get back into the swing of things today and maybe row 8-10k in addition to the WOD. In my current total of 108k, I have not rowed a piece longer than 2000 meters. I have been trying to avoid catabolism by rowing shorter pieces, continuing to lift heavy, and maintaining a healthful diet.

I have recently become aware of a farmer’s market near me where one of the vendors has grass-fed beef. I intend to get out there are pick some up. Read the article below to see why you should do the same.

6 x 650m w/ 1:45 Rest

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 8-12 x 125m, recover 1:00, hold efforts within 2-3 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

Row a 2000 meter time trial, going for your personal best. After you’ve rowed, enter your time in the Online Ranking and see where you stand with others of your age, gender and weight class.
