The weekend is here and I have so much to do  that I won’t feel as if I’ve had a weekend.

Today’s link is interesting, it discusses how a build up of serotonin can cause fatigue,  but I wish there were more specifics written. The comment section contains a few answers to your questions, but it still leaves some gaps. Read on to see what you think.

Row (THU): 8-12 x 30 seconds, recover 90 seconds

BBB’s 3-Ton Burpee WOD:
(a ‘Ton’ = 100 in British slang).
20km run
300 Burpees
(Stop every kilometre and do on average 15 Burpees)
