So I went from barely walking to crushing last night’s workout. I can’t understand, but I am still on a high from killing the WOD.

Today’s article is important to me since I have family members that are impacted by Seasonal Depression and lots of pain for no apparent reason. There are a lot of reasons to keep a positive outlook, one just needs to find one or more and focus on them. I’m sure it is easier said than done. I know exercise is good for the chemicals in the brain that affect depression, so how about rowing to stay happy?

CrossFit Rowing WOD

5 Rounds for time…
20 Cal Row
15 Push Ups (hand release)
10 Dumbbell Ground To Overhead 50/35
5 Split Squat Jumps (ea. leg)
Rest 1:30 between rounds

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (THU): 8-12 x 30 seconds, recover 90 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

Row three 5 minute pieces. Row for three minutes at light pressure between each piece.
