I rowed 10k yesterday and my Holiday Challenge total is up to 80k. My knee is still angry with me for cleaning the attic on Sunday. I had to skip Monday due to the pain. If I hit 100k by the end of the week, I may be able to push through to 200k by the end of the challenge. My original goal was 150k, but with my progress, I may be able to stretch that out to 200 unless my knee does not improve.

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 3-5 x 1500m, recover 3:00, hold each effort within 3-5 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

Row eight 2 minute pieces at a stroke rate of 28. Row for one minute at light pressure between each piece.
