They have announced a new masters division, 40-44. This will be my only year to compete in this category – I just hit 44. The open will begin on March 6 so you need to start ramping up your training intensity and dialing in your diet.

My current total for the Holiday Challenge is 54km. That total is from 6 work days and 3 rest days since Thanksgiving. What is your goal and how are you progressing toward that goal?

CrossFit Rowing WOD

Max Pressure
2 x 1k w/ 5:00 Rest
2 x 500m w/ 3:00 Rest
2 x 250m w/ 1:30 Rest

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (SUN): 2k @ 85% of 2k TT pace

Concept 2 WOD

Row four 750 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 750.
