Had a great time shooting photos at The Battle Over Red Lands on Saturday. I was only able to stay for 2 of the 3 WODs, but I shot over 2500 photos. I also did a lot of squatting with a hold at the bottom until the shots were taken. I haven’t been this sore from CrossFit ever. Not even a Memorial Day Murph hurts like this. I estimate that I did 600+ squat and holds over a 7 hour period.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

2 x 15′ w/ 5′ Rest

  • 5′ @ 18
  • 5′ @ 20
  • 5′ @ 22

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 4-8 x 500m, recover 1:00, hold each effort within 2-3 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

Row three 750 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 750.
