Th Holiday Challenge starts on Thanksgiving and end on Christmas day. The challenge is to row 100K or 200K during the 30 day period.Last year I rowed 100k while maintaining my 5 day per week CrossFit programming. I had anticipated a 5K per day average to complete the challenge, but I got injured and missed almost a week, so I played catchup with a number of 8K and 10K days. This year, I plan to warm-up with a gentle 2K (@2:00/500) and cool down with the same or longer.

What are your plans for the challenge? Will you go for 100K or 200K?

Rest day

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (THU): 2-4 x 2k, recover 5:00, hold efforts within 5-10 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

Row four 750 meter pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each 750.
