There are some good options for rowing this week. The 500m time trial is a short gasser. The endurance option is a great stamina builder and the CrossFit Rowing option is kind of a double Tabata HIIT.

Whatever your choice today, go out and attack it. These are not 80% effort events. These are all-out, intense, gut-busters. Save the crying for after the workout.

12 x :40 On, :20 Off (Race Pace)

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 3-7 x 500m, recover 1:00, hold each effort within 2-3 seconds
