Two rest days in a row this weekend. I plan to rest and recover.

Suspension Drills

@2k+5, Damper Set at 6
@2k+5, Damper Set at 5
@2k+5, Damper Set at 4
@2k+5, Damper Set at 3
@2k+5, Damper Set at 2

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (SUN): 8k TT

Concept 2 WOD

Row two 2000 meter pieces @ 26 spm. Row for four minutes at light pressure during the rest period.
