I didn’t get the opportunity to row for my 1000m PR yesterday. Instead, we went for a 30 minute warmup via CrossFit Affliction. It was capped by a 5 min calorie row and I was totally gassed at the end. I managed only 100 calories – about 25 calories short of what expectations.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

5 Rounds For Time:
250m Row (@2k-2)
10 Goblet Squats to the Erg (25/15 lb.)

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (THU): 6-12 x 375m, recover 1:00, hold within 2-3 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

Row five 750 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 750.
