Yesterday at CrossFit Tulsa, we did Jackie. I rowed a PR 3:20.2 for the 1000 and finished with 8:32. My pullups sucked and at the end I was doing singles. I have got to improve on pullups.

Here is a photo of my daughter making a diving save a few weeks ago. The second ball was kept by the goal due to the windy conditions. I’m not sure which is the game ball and which the backup ball. I call this dive “The Scorpion” because her feet hit her head.

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 2-6 x 4:00, rest 3:00, hold distance as close as possible on all sets

Concept 2 WOD

Pre-set the monitor for a work time of 1:00 and a rest time of 1:00. Alternate one minute of fairly intense rowing with one minute of relaxed rowing, for a total of 20 minutes.
