I saw this eagle flying high above my youngest daughter’s soccer game on Saturday. There were 2 of them, but I couldn’t get them in the same pic.

It is Monday, so it is time to get back to work. :/

5k Row

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 2-6 x 4:00, rest 3:00, hold distance as close as possible on all sets

Concept 2 WOD

Row three 1000 meter pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each 1000.
