Saturday! I love the weekends. I hope your weekend is going to be great. I am spending some time at Vertical Limit Fitness doing some photography and videography. I hope to share some of the results soon.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

“The Charles”
1k Row 10 Push Ups
800m Run 20 Burpees
500m Row 30 Mt. Climbers
400m Run 40 Double Unders
250m Row

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (SUN): 5k TT

Concept 2 WOD

Row five 4 minute pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each piece.
