I am happy with yesterday’s performance. I started with a 1K row to get the blood flowing, then did my normal warmup. I decided to do the Endurance WOD yesterday due to time constraints on my training. I rowed 3-1200m with 2:00 rest. I rowed 4:18, 4:21, and 4:22. Next I rested for about 15 minutes then got started on the CrossFit Tulsa WOD: 1500m row, then 21-15-9 KTE, 135# squat cleans, and 50# kettlebell swings. I finished in 22:18, but my 1500 time was 5:09.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

Max Pressure 2 x 1k w/ 5:00 Rest 2 x 500m w/ 3:00 Rest 2 x 250m w/ 1:30 Rest

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (THU): 2-6 x 1200m, rest 2:00-3:00, hold within 3-5 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

Row six 500 meter pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each 500.
