800 meters is a long way to walk with a barbell racked! Yesterday’s workout was taxing on the shoulders.

Big news for my family. My son is buying his first car today. He found a Firebird Convertible in excellent shape and it checks out. Pictures to come soon.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

Double Pyramids 2 x 19min w/ 2min rest between (4′ @18, 3′ @20, 2′ @22, 1′ @24, 2′ @22, 3′ @20, 4′ @18)

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 4-8 x 400m, rest 1:30, hold within 3-5 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

Row a 2000 meter time trial, going for your personal best.
