Today’s link is very inspirational in terms what someone can do when it seems all is lost.

TGIF! I am looking forward to Kevin’s and Andy’s birthday WOD tonight at CFT. These guys are 52 and really rock a workout. Should be a lot of fun. 52 burpee buy in. At CFT, birthday burpees are equivalent to birthday spankings.

Row (THU): 4-8 x 400m, rest 1:30, hold within 3-5 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

Row five 500 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 500.
