Yesterday’s workout at CFT was Nicole. I have been creating the tape grips before every pullup or toes to bar WOD and I have yet to get a blister or nasty tear. I fully recommend it to everyone.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

“Raise Your Rower” 4 Rounds For Time
500m Row (2k Pace)
15 Overhead Squats (55/45)

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 3 x (200m, 400m, 600m) Rest 1:1 work/rest ratio

Concept 2 WOD

Row four 1000 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 1000.
