Awesome workout last night. Squat cleans were a little heavy on my bad knee but I did it anyway. I loved it. My fall back was to go to power cleans if it got too painful, but I never needed it.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

6 x 2min On, 1min Off 3 pieces @32 s/m 2 @34 s/m 1 @36 s/m

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 3 x (200m, 400m, 600m) Rest 1:1 work/rest ratio

Concept 2 WOD

Row eight 2 minute pieces at a stroke rate of 28. Row for one minute at light pressure between each piece.
