I love Saturdays. Today, we will be doing a WOD with some birthday overtones for Andy’s 52nd. We’ll see what he comes up with.

I finally had the opportunity to do the HQ workout from earlier in the week. 5 rounds of 500m row and 15 135# bench presses. My time was in the 15-17 minute range. The clock I was using, was reset several times during my workout, so I’m just going to swag it.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

“Regatta Gone Mad”
50 Deadlifts (95/65 lbs)
2k Row
25 Power Cleans (95/65 lbs)
2k Row
50 Push Ups

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (SUN): 10k TT

Concept 2 WOD

Row eight 500 meter pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each 500.
