Today’s video is a little old, but still awesome. Brandon first jerked then overhead squatted 240 pounds.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

6 x 4min Race Pace w/ 4min Rest Between

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (THU): 2 – 4 x 800m, rest 5:00, hold within 3-5 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

Row four 750 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 750.
