Today is the mid-point of the work week. Do you ever feel like the guy in the circus spinning 30 plates on long, thin sticks? That is the way I have been feeling lately with work, CrossFit, one daughter playing on two soccer teams, and another daughter playing soccer too. I also have a wife with a career and a house to take care of too. Now my parents are becoming dependent on us too.

Well, enough about that. Exercise is a great way to reduce stress. So do it. Today’s article is a good one, so read it too.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

6 Rounds for Distance 1:30 On, 1:30 Off
7 Thrusters (95/65)
Max Effort Row
Score is Total Meters Rowed

6 rounds – you have 1:30 to complete the thrusters and get a maximum number of meters then rest 1:30.

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 4 – 8 x 400m, rest 2:00, hold within 3-5 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

Row three 5 minute pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each piece.
