I had a decent result from Fight Gone Burpee last night – 270. I had to start with burpees first, so my wall ball scores suffered a little, but it still kicked my butt. I still hope to break 300 some day.

I noticed that yesterday’s hq WOD was 5 rounds of 500m rowing and some 135# benchpresses. I will probably do that workout soon.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

12 x :40 On, :20 Off (Tabata)

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 4 – 8 x 400m, rest 2:00, hold within 3-5 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

Pre-set the monitor for a work time of 1:00 and a rest time of 1:00. Alternate one minute of fairly intense rowing with one minute of relaxed rowing, for a total of 24 minutes.
