I am hoping for a better weekend next time.

My youngest daughter scored her team’s only goal this weekend. I captured the shot and added a little photoshop to the finished product. She has scored 8 goals in the first 5 games.

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 4 – 8 x 400m, rest 2:00, hold within 3-5 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

Row five 750 meter pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each 750.
