CrossFit Rowing WOD

6 Rounds For Time:
20 Split Squat Jumps (each leg is 1)
750m Row (@5k to 5k-2 Pace)

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 6-12 x 200m, 90 seconds rest

Concept 2 WOD

Row four 750 meter pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each 750.
