What a night! The dog started panting and vibrating due to the storms that passed through at 3:00am. He jumped on the bed and scraped the sheets off of me. That was enough to wake me up for a few hours. Shortly after getting back to sleep, I got a massive hamstring cramp. Perfect night.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

8 x 2:30 On, 1:15 Off @28-32 s/m 5k Pace or Faster

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 6-12 x 200m, 90 seconds rest

Concept 2 WOD

Row a 500 meter time trial, going for your personal best.
