Still sore from Cindy. She really beat me up on Friday. My squatting muscle group is fine, but the pushup and pullup muscles are very tender. Yesterday’s WOD was a miserable affair, but I’ll be better today for doing it.

In other news, I have been saving all year for a new camera. The expectation was that the Canon 7D was due for replacement and would be announced this year at Photokina. Well, that didn’t pan out. Canon announced a camera that I don’t want. I really need the low light capabilities of the newer DSLRs. My 40D really struggles at 1600 ISO. Now what?

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 6-12 x 200m, 90 seconds rest

Concept 2 WOD

Row five 3 minute pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each piece.
