The Fall Team Challenge starts this weekend. Let me know if you are interested in joining the team.

I set a new PR for Cindy last night. It felt good and I never felt my squats weaken. Now, if I could only do the push ups as effortlessly.

I hope the rain clears off for the CrossFit  Social at Pam and Andy’s house tonight.

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (SUN): 5k @ 85% of 5k TT pace

Concept 2 WOD

Row three 1000 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 1000.
