The Fall Team Challenge starts this weekend. Let me know if you are interested in joining the team.

For the Fall Challenge, my goal is to row about 100,000 meters. The assumption is that I’ll have 20 days at 5K or the month. The things that could affect my 20 workout days are: 3 kids, 2 soccer teams, a wife, and work.


CrossFit Rowing WOD

3 x10min w/ 8min Rest @5k to 5k-2 pace

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (THU): 10 – 12 x 200m w/ 2 min rest

Concept 2 WOD

Row two 2000 meter pieces @ 26 spm.
Row for four minutes at light pressure during the rest period.
