The Fall Team Challenge starts this weekend. Let me know if you are interested in joining the team.

I did the rowing workout yesterday and did ok. The 4K took 15:56 and the remainder of the work in 6:16. I was shocked to fail on my second pushup. My upper body was completely taxed by the time I finished the push presses. I had to pause twice to complete the 10 pushups.

Today is a rest day for me.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

Rest day

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (THU): 10 – 12 x 200m w/ 2 min rest

Concept 2 WOD

Row five 750 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 750.

    Thanks for this WOD – just gave it a go and did the 4k, 30 x PC, 20 x PP and 10 x PU in 21:52 – going to give this another go in a week as I started my workout with the 4 min O’Neil Fitness test so I was pretty beat. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for the workout 🙂
