CrossFit Rowing WOD

10 x 2min On, 1min Off @28-32 s/m 5k Pace or Faster

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 3 – 6 x 800m w/ 3 min rest

Concept 2 WOD

Row four 3 minute pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each piece.
