Extraordinarily late today. Sorry. If I didn’t have a day job and 3 kids, this wouldn’t be an issue. Hopefully this will be one of the last hot days of the season. I lost a lot of weight yesterday due to heat. I must have looked like Swiss cheese with my pores fully dilated.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

Rest day

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (THU): 5 x 800m w/ 3 min rest

Concept 2 WOD

Row for a total of 5000 meters at a sustainable intensity, varying your stroke rate as follows:
row 1000 meters @ 22 spm,
1000 meters @ 24 spm,
1000 meters @ 26 spm,
1000 meters @ 24 spm,
and 1000 meters @ 22 spm.
