CrossFit Rowing WOD

7 x 1min Row w/ 2min Rest
During each rest perform a heavy clean and jerk.

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

C2 Row (SUN): 15k @ 95% of 15k TT pace

Concept 2 WOD

Row for a total of 5000 meters at a sustainable intensity, varying your stroke rate as follows:
row 1000 meters @ 22 spm,
1000 meters @ 24 spm,
1000 meters @ 26 spm,
1000 meters @ 28 spm,
and 1000 meters @ 24 spm.
