Great classes yesterday at CFT. We had a very short WOD, but it was intense. 75 wall balls, 30 box jumps, 10 pullups, & 10 dips – 6:03. If I had 2 good knees, my box jumps would have been faster. Today’s WOD is heavy so I’ll make sure my nutrition is spot-on.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

Rest Day

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

C2 Row (THU): 2 rounds of (1000m + 1200m); hold consistent efforts across both sets; rest 1:00 between 1000m and 1200m; rest 3:00 between rounds

Concept 2 WOD

Row six 500 meter pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each 500.
