I finally got a score over 300 in FGB last night. I rowed about 3k yesterday at a decent pace. I have also begun rowing at a drag factor of 117 to emulate the drag of water. So far, so good.

I have no idea why yesterday’s post didn’t get published. I just noticed that it was in draft mode. Sorry.
