Great WOD last night. I did the Endurance workout (3 rounds 500m row& 50 squats) in 10:58. Lots of good leg work. I rowed another 2000 while I was warm. Tonight is FGB, so I should have some time left over for extra rowing. I have only been averaging about 30km per month and I would like to get closer to 50km.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

10min – As Many Meters As Possible Row For Distance
*Start w/ 20 Double Unders
**Perform 20 Double Unders at the top of every minute

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

C2 Row (TUE): 5:00 on, 2:30 off, 6:00 on, 3:00 off, 7:00 on

Concept 2 WOD

3 x 5 min / 3 min easy
