I didn’t get a chance to row outside of yesterday’s CrossFit Tulsa WOD. I plan to make up for that today!

C2 Row (TUE): 5:00 on, 2:30 off, 6:00 on, 3:00 off, 7:00 on

Concept 2 WOD

4 x 1000m / 2 min easy
