I had a great weekend. I did the 31 Heroes WOD on Saturday and a short sprint WOD along with about 6K in rowing yesterday. Now, I’m fasting for some blood work at the medical lab. I would love a cup of BulletProof Coffee.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

Double Pyramids 2 x 19min w/ 2min rest between (4′ @18, 3′ @20, 2′ @22, 1′ @24, 2′ @22, 3′ @20, 4′ @18)

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

C2 Row (TUE): 6 x 500m, rest 2:00, hold splits within 2-3 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

12 x 1 min / 1 min easy
